How the work happens

Most operations consultants start by looking at what's broken.
We start somewhere different.

Before looking at your current operation, we design where you want to get to. What the agency looks like when it's running the way you want it to. Then we measure the gap between that and where you are. Then we build the route.

The work follows five stages. Each has a defined output and a natural end point. You decide how far you go. 

1. The Visibility Session · £400

Most agency leaders have a feel for how the business is running. This session tests that feel against reality. In 60 minutes we work through four areas - delivery, resourcing, forecasting, and pricing - asking not what processes you have in place, but what your operation can actually see right now and what that's telling you. 

Within three working days you receive a written summary: where your visibility is strong, where the gaps are, and what those gaps are conservatively costing you each month. It's useful on its own...and it's the foundation everything else is built from.

2. The Operating Model · £3,000

Before we look at what needs fixing, we design where you're going

This is a working session with you and your leadership team that produces the complete operating model of the agency you want to run - your growth model, your service mix, your team structure, and your financial expectations built into a single visual workflow from lead to invoice. 

Every gap identified in the Visibility Session is addressed directly in the design, so the model isn't a generic framework applied to your business; it's the specific answer to the specific problems you're already living with. 

You leave with a document that's clear enough to share with your team and detailed enough to build from.

3. The Roadmap · £4,000–£6,000

With the operating model designed, we go back into the agency to measure the distance between where you are and where you've decided to go. Through structured conversations with your team, observation of how work actually moves day to day, and a review of your current tools and processes (all measured against the model from Stage 2) we build an accurate picture of what exists, what doesn't, and what needs to change. 

You receive two things: a gap analysis that connects every finding to the model, and a sequenced action plan specific enough to act on independently or hand to someone else. The plan accounts for both the structural changes needed and how the team will need to be brought through them. Because the most carefully designed process fails if the people responsible for it don't understand why it exists

The Build · From £10,000

The action plan from Stage 3 defines exactly what needs to be done. The Build does it. Every template created, every tool configured to support the workflow rather than fight it, every process embedded and understood by the people responsible for it (implementation includes bringing your people through the change, not just delivering it around them). 

The scope is already defined by the time we start, so there are no surprises about what's included and no gap between what was designed and what gets built. Scoped and priced individually from the Stage 3 action plan.

5. Strategic Advisory · On application

For agencies that have completed the Build - or are already operating at an equivalent level - this is an ongoing oversight relationship rather than a hands-on delivery role. 

Working with your existing ops function, we hold the standard, ask the right questions, and help navigate the decisions that come with growth. 

It isn't fractional management and it isn't an embedded role; it's experienced, independent guidance from someone who understands how well-run agencies at your stage actually operate.
