These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mission: Purple Limited and clients who engage our services. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Our services
We offer agency operations consulting services to marketing agency founders and senior leaders.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we have received your booking request and issued written confirmation by email. For the Visibility Session, payment is required to secure your booking. For longer engagements, a proposal and written agreement will be provided before work begins.
4. Payment terms
- All fees are quoted and payable in pounds sterling (GBP)
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer (BACS) following receipt of invoice
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- For the Visibility Session, payment is due before the session takes place
- Late payment may result in work being paused or rescheduled
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Visibility Session:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable
- You may reschedule your session at no charge with at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will offer a full refund or alternative date at your choice
Longer engagements: Either party may end the engagement with two weeks' written notice. During the notice period, the Consultant will invoice for the agreed weekly cadence, regardless of whether work is assigned, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
6. Delivery and scope
We will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. The scope of each service is as described on our website or in a written proposal. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed before it is undertaken, and may be subject to additional fees.
Timelines and outcomes may be affected by factors outside our control, including the timely provision of information, access, and decisions by the client. We will communicate clearly if this arises.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us in the course of our work as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We ask the same discretion in return regarding our working methods and any proprietary frameworks we share.
8. Intellectual property
Any materials, frameworks, tools, or templates developed by Mission: Purple Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use any deliverables created specifically for your business for your internal business purposes.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from implementing the recommendations and strategies we provide.
9. Limitation of liability
Our services provide operational advice and recommendations. We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, and our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability in respect of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law
10. Warranties and representations
We warrant that our services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our advice will achieve any particular business outcome, as results depend on many factors outside our control, including implementation by the client.
11. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Engagements are governed by the terms in place at the time of booking or agreement.
